Berry Smoothie

serves 1


  • 1 bananas
  • 1 frozen Sambazon UK Acai pouches
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 10g cashews soaked in 100ml almond/coconut milk
  • Ice


  1. Soak cashews in milk overnight or for a few hours – optional but soaking makes them easier to digest
  2. Add nuts and milk to blender and blend until smooth
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend
